The location met the purpose, it was great outside of Dungarvan town centre.

The hotel with well furnished rooms, in a residential area, in a residential area. Superb breakfast choice with great coffee and freshly cooked eggs, as example. What an EXCEPTIONAL stay, no complains at all.

Came in Dungarvan to relax and have fun, this trendy boutique hotel was excellent base for doing it. The location of the venue was exceptionally nice and unbeatable, in a well-known local restaurant. And it was also short walk to the surrounding area, the bus stop and a quiet neighbourhood.

Stylish place, I thoroughly enjoyed great personnel.

We had a comfortable time. The place was spotlessly clean, we booked the queen room with river views, everything was brand-new. The setting of hotel was excellent and perfect, in a well-known local restaurant. Tried some takeout specials at Pizza Bay, luckily it was relatively close to the venue.

Our stay at No 12 was incredible from start to finish. Catherine, the host, went above and beyond to ensure we had a wonderful experience. The room was beautifully decorated and the bed was one of the most comfortable we've ever slept in. The attention to detail, from the complimentary drinks to the modern bathroom amenities, was exceptional. And let's talk about the breakfast - it was a delicious three-course meal that left us fully satisfied for the day ahead. we highly recommend No 12 for its impeccable service and luxurious accommodations.

I couldn't resist the thrill of having complimentary WiFi and private parking available onsite. The breakfast options were continental and American, giving me a taste of both sides of the pond. And let's not forget the shared lounge and garden - perfect for when I wanted some fresh air or cozy relaxation.

The 15-minute walk to town along a well-lit footpath was convenient. The local information provided in the room folder was helpful. Free parking was available opposite the house.
